Practical Care for the Life You Are Living Now
Recovery is personal. We combine evidence-based care with respectful support.
Care that respects your story while helping you practice what comes next.
How We Work
Care at Crossroads starts with a conversation, not a form. We want to understand what brought you here, what you have already tried, and what a good week would actually look like for you. From there we build a plan together — the level of care, the schedule, the skills to focus on first — and we adjust it as things change.
Most people meet with a licensed clinician one-on-one and in group. Family is welcome in that process whenever it helps, and we will tell you plainly when we think it would.
How We Support You
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Learning to notice the thoughts that drive a decision, and to interrupt the ones that lead somewhere you don’t want to go.
-
Mindfulness and Stress Management
Practical ways to handle cravings, anxiety, and pressure in the moment, without needing a quiet room to do it.
-
Motivational and Person-Centered Counseling
We start from your reasons for change, not ours. You set the goals; we help you get there.
-
Relapse Prevention
Learn to recognize triggers and warning signs, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies for maintaining recovery and responding to setbacks.
-
Co-Occurring Mental Health Support
Depression, anxiety, and trauma often sit underneath substance use. We treat them together rather than one at a time.
-
Individualized Treatment Planning
Your plan is written for your situation and revisited as you go, not set once at intake.
What the First Few Weeks Look Like
The First Call
You talk to a real person about what’s going on. No commitment, no forms yet. We’ll tell you whether we’re the right fit — and if we aren’t, where to look instead.
Your Assessment
A licensed clinician meets with you in person for about 60 minutes to understand your history, your health, and what you need.
Your Plan
Together you decide on the level of care and the schedule. We go over the cost and what your insurance covers before you start.
Getting to Work
Sessions begin. You’ll know what you’re working on each week and how we’ll tell whether it’s helping.
Our Team
Care is delivered by licensed clinicians — LMHC, LCSW, and CAP — who have been working with Collier County families for over fifteen years. Every treatment plan is reviewed by our clinical director.
Care That Fits Real Life
For many people, IOP and outpatient care offer meaningful structure while allowing them to remain connected to home, employment, education, and family.
